You will be responsible for investigating complaints and documenting irregular <br />occurrences in your area in accordance with Company policy. <br /> <br />- <br />- <br /> <br />9. Maintenance and inventory of all uniforms and equipment issued to Crossing Guards in <br />your area is your responsibility. Worn or defective equipment is replaced only on an <br />exchange basis. All Company property must be collected when any individual terminates <br />employment with the Company. <br /> <br />10. You must be familiar with the Hazard Prevention Policy as outlined in the "Employee <br />Handbook for Crossing Guards." Inspect sites for hazards during regular visits and report <br />dangerous situations on the Hazard Assessment Form. Supervisors should also make <br />Hazard Assessment Forms available to all employees. <br /> <br />II. Accurate records documenting approved business expenses must be maintained. Receipts <br />of expenses must be submitted with payroll to the main office with the completion of an <br />"Expense Report" form. Reimbursement of funds will be included on the regular payroll <br />check. <br /> <br />12. Your attendance at staff meetings is mandatory. Regular quarterly staff meetings are <br />usually held in the months of March, June, AugUst and November. You will receive <br />written notification of the exact date of these meetings. If you have a conflict that would <br />prevent you from attending, cause you to be late, or require you to leave early, you must <br />contact the Operations Manager immediately. Failure to attend these mandatory <br />meetings may result in disciplinary action, suspension or termination. <br /> <br />13. The "Instruction Manual for Area Supervisors" must be brought to every staff meeting. <br />Updating the manual with Company-issued revisions and additions is the responsibility <br />of each supervisor. The current version of all Administrative Forms must be maintained <br />in the appropriate section of the "Instruction Manual" and referred to when completing <br />such forms. <br /> <br />14. You must maintain current proof of automobile insurance on file in the office. <br />
