<br />Case Management System <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Statement of Work <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. EXPECTATIONS <br /> <br />The following expectations will be met as part of this project: <br />o A CMS will be developed and provided to the customer with remote network data input. <br />o A feature will be developed to allow data to be pulled directly from the customer's PRC <br />Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. <br />o The CMS will interface with Taskforce Investigations allowing data objects from Investigations <br />to be dragged and dropped into CMS. <br />o A feature will be developed to detect connectivity between the client and the server. <br />o A single database will be created for the collection of all reports. <br />o The system shall provide the ability to create the following reports: <br />o Crime/Arrest <br />o Supplement <br />o Domestic Violence <br />o Field Interview <br />o Forged Check <br />o Missing Person <br />o Stolen/Recovered Vehicle <br />o Crime Scene Investigation <br />o Misdemeanor Marijuana <br />o Driving Under the Influence <br />o Death <br />o DA Charging Sheet <br />o Booking <br />o Probable Cause (PC) <br />o Juvenile <br />o Shoplifting <br />o Citation (will be provided from Xroads) <br />o Import data from Xroads (will be done by the Customer) <br />o Report printouts will be done by the Customer <br /> <br />2.3. WORK TO BE PERFORMED <br /> <br />The following subsections state the work to be performed by the Contractor as well as the tasks the <br />Customer will perform. An appropriately qualified Program Manager, Systems Programmer and System <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />3.1 ORION SCIENTIFIC SYSTEMS TASKS <br /> <br />3.1.1 Task 1 - Requirements <br /> <br />The Contractor shall work with the Customer to define the requirements for the development of the Case <br />Management System. <br /> <br />3.1.1.1 TASK 1.1 - DEFINE CASE MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The Contractor shall work with the Customer designated personnel to define the requirements framework <br />and foundation for the CMS.
