SANTA ANA RENAISSANCE SPECIFIC PLAN PROPOSAL <br />A I OFFICE LOCATION, TEAM MEMBERS AND APPROACH <br />The work will be performed by the proposed team of consultants led by Moule & <br />Polyzoides, Architects and Urbanists. We have a successful record of working with <br />numerous subconsultants in this manner through coordination from our offices in <br />Pasadena, California. <br />The offices of Moule & Polyzoides are located at 18o E. California Boulevard, <br />Pasadena, California 91105. <br />About Moule & Polyzoides and our team of consultants <br />Moule & Polyzoides is an architectural and urbanism firm accomplished in produc- <br />ing plans for distinctive, compact transit -oriented development, and the districts and <br />neighborhoods that surround them. The plans we author, and their implementation <br />strategies, are set within appropriate ecological frameworks. Much of our recent <br />work has been in reclaiming underdeveloped land within cities to reconnect with the <br />community in ways that extracts greater value and quality of place out of existing <br />physical settings. <br />We are also architects that have been engaged with designing buildings of a variety <br />of programs within our plans. Combining an ability to plan, with the capacity to deal <br />with the complex practical design requirements of individual buildings is a unique <br />qualification of our office, for which we are justifiably proud. Our recent practice has <br />prepared us to work with you to develop a Specific Plan and EIR that enables results <br />of the highest quality in an inspired and historically significant physical setting. In <br />addition, It is our expectation that this Plan will equally inspire the redevelopment <br />and long-term maintenance of the surrounding area to result in even more meaning <br />and activity.
