SANTA ANA RENAISSANCE SPECIFIC PLAN PROPOSAL <br />B QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF ASSIGNED STAFF AND SUB -CONSULTANTS <br />We propose the following team of distinguished consultants: <br />LEAD ARCHITECT AND URBANIST: MOULE& POLYZOIDES <br />Moule & Polyzoides will lead the team of consultants on all tasks except the econom- <br />ic, traffic and transportation and infrastructure analyses. Moule & Polyzoides will <br />organize the existing conditions analysis phase, run the community participation <br />process, coordinate the various Specific Plan topics and information, prepare the <br />Specific Plan and provide support to the EIR. Moule & Polyzoides will be led by <br />Stefanos Polyzoides, Principal with Anthony Perez as Project Manager, Roberto <br />Moreno, Jason Claypool, Orlando Gonzales and Xiao )ian He. <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE: FONG HART SCHNEIDER+PARTNERS <br />FHS+P has practiced Landscape Architecture for more than thirty-four years. Since <br />its inception in 1968, the firm has engaged in a variety of projects Including institu- <br />tional, corporate, commercial, urban design, redevelopment, mixed-use master <br />plans, office and Industrial complexes, urban housing, park restorationand destina- <br />tion hotel developments. FHS+P is recognized by its peers and clientsas an innova- <br />tive consulting firm in the field of landscape architecture as evidenced by the more <br />than fifty regional and national awards received from the American Society of <br />Landscape Architects and other professional organizations. FHS+P provides plan- <br />ning, programming, project research, and landscape architectural design. This <br />includes the full range of services, from historical research and programming <br />through construction administration. Planning includes site and master planning, <br />site inventory, and site evaluation. The firm has an experienced professional staff of <br />ten with four licensed professionals who have been with the firm for over twenty <br />years. FHS+P will prepare portions of Chatper z (Form and Character) ofthe Specific Plan. <br />PLANNING, CODES and EIR: CRAWFORD MULTARI &CLARKASSOCIATES <br />CMCA provides comprehensive consulting services In community planning, zoning <br />and development codes, environmental review and compliance, planning agency <br />computer applications, operations and management. Established in 199o, the firm <br />has worked on more than zoo planning and environmental projects for more than <br />loo California cities, counties, special districts and State agencies. For this project, <br />CMCA will participate in all phases with particular emphasis on helping facilitate the <br />charrette, preparing portions of Chapter q of the Specific Plan (The Code) and, <br />preparing the EIR. CMCA will be represented by Paul Crawford, Chris Clark and <br />Nicole Carter. <br />ECONOMIC CONSULTANT: ECONOMICS RESEARCH ASSOCIATES <br />ERA will assist in the analysis phase and will provide support to the Specific Plan <br />throughout the process with particular emphasis on the feasibility and programming <br />portions of the work. ERA is committed to generating places of long-term value and <br />importance to the community. ERA will be represented by Amitabh Barthakur and <br />David Bergman of the Los Angeles office. <br />
