PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Jim Tucker, 2062 S. Rene Drive, complained about the peddlers who were <br />painting house numbers on curbs without permission. The Mayor advised <br />Tucker to contact the Police Watch Commander. <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street, asked when the trial study regarding <br />the diverters at Washington and Flower would be completed and if Bristol <br />would need to be widened due to the extension of the 57 freeway. The <br />Mayor asked Jim Ross, Executive Director of Public Works Agency, to meet <br />with Mr. Leach. <br /> <br />Thomas Ferrier, Jr., 521 S. Birch, invited the Mayor, Councilmembers, <br />candidates, and the listening audience to a candidates' forum sponsored by <br />SAMPSON to be held at 7:00 p.m., October 18, 1990, at 1818 S. Bristol. <br /> <br />Beverly Friar, 1902 Harbard West, encouraged water conservation and <br />requested assistance from the City with completing the irrigation system <br />on her property.
