THIS SEC;OND AME~DMENT TO CONSULTANT ~G~E~ENT, is entered mto on _' _ ~ ~1ibej;!.. \ 1 !:l. , 2002, by and between Soma Mlskuhn, ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of Cali fomi a ("City"). Recitals: A. The parties entered into an Agreement #N-2001-027, dated March 6, 2001, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has taught ballet for the City's leisure class schedule. S. Said Agreement was Amended by Agreement #N 2001-119, dated June 19, 2001, to extend the term, increase compensation and amend the Scope of Services. C. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the parties wish to renew the Agreement for an additional one year period. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in the Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Amendment to Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2003. 2. EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be replaced with Exhibit A-I, attached hereto.
