<br />E. The Public Works Agency will give CalTrans and OCTA's representative's <br />access to and the right to examine all records, books, papers, or <br />documents related to the transportation enhancement activity. <br /> <br />F. The Public Works Agency will cause work on the project(s) to commence <br />within a reasonable amount of time after receipt of notification from the <br />State that funds have been approved by the Federal Highway <br />Administration and the project(s) will be carried to completion with <br />reasonable diligence. <br /> <br />G. The Public Works Agency will comply with provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Quality Act, the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act, and any other federal, state, and/or local <br />laws, rules and/or regulations, as applicable. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the Executive Director of the <br />Public Works Agency to apply for the funding and submit the list of projects, as well as <br />any related documents required under the Transportation Enhancement Activities <br />Program. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby agrees to fund its share of the project <br />costs over the identified programmed amount. This action is in conformance with the <br />OCT A TEA guidelines and does not exceed seventy-five percent of the total eligible <br />costs. <br /> <br />Section 4.
