noon,• • City of Santa Ana <br />On -Call Traffic Engineering <br />As an Appendix, we have compiled a sample list of diverse traffic engineering <br />projects, mostly for Cities in Orange County, to demonstrate the breadth of our <br />experience. <br />Grant Applications <br />Willdan has completed hundreds of successful grant applications (including HES, <br />OTS, SR2S, and PSP programs), resulting in $90 million in grants for client <br />cities since 1990. Pringle, P.E., T.E., P.T.O.E., will be Project Manager / Lead Traffic <br />Engineer and the principal point of contact for the City. Mr. Pringle will be <br />responsible for coordinating with City staff and performing and overseeing the <br />traffic engineering services provided by the Willdan/WPA staff. Mr. Pringle has <br />41 years of traffic engineering experience in Southern California. He has worked <br />for both governmental agencies and private firms, which provides a wide <br />background and understanding of various traffic engineering concerns. His <br />experience has included traffic signal, striping, sign, and construction traffic <br />control design; traffic impact analyses; parking analyses; and planning circulation <br />systems for future development. He is a registered civil and traffic engineer in <br />the State of California. <br />As Principal -in -Charge, David R. Anderson, P.E., will marshal the full <br />resources of the firm as needed, and will meet with the City as needed to <br />WILLDAN <br />Page <br />
