Mon � • City of Santa Ana <br />gdocac� <br />On -Call Traffic Engineering <br />personally verify that the City's expectations are being met. As Senior Vice <br />President and Regional Manager for Willdan, Mr. Anderson is ultimately <br />responsible for the quality and timely delivery of a wide variety of projects <br />involving the resources of Willdan's full service capabilities. During his 32 years <br />of civil engineering experience, Mr. Anderson has participated in the design and <br />construction of over two billion dollars of public works projects. <br />Steven S. Sasaki, P.E., T.E., P.T.O.E., will assist Mr. Pringle with Pedestrian / <br />Traffic Studies. Mr. Sasaki is currently providing traffic engineering services for <br />the Cities of La Habra and Tustin and has served the City of La Habra for over 10 <br />years. In addition to his experience in municipal traffic engineering, he has <br />conducted numerous traffic planning and impact analyses for various types of <br />land use. He has been active in traffic engineering in Orange County, including <br />serving as President of the Orange County Traffic Engineering Council. <br />James Sommers will provide Traffic Design. Mr. Sommers has more than 30 <br />years' experience in Traffic Engineering, with an emphasis on design. He has <br />designed over 3,000 individual signal installations as well as signal systems, <br />traffic striping, signing and construction traffic control plans. He has also <br />supervised the preparation of plans for nearly 40 traffic signal installations in the <br />City of Santa Ana, including the interconnect system. Recently, he completed <br />traffic plans for the reconstruction of a freeway interchange, which included traffic <br />control on the freeway. <br />Mr. Dennis H. Jue, P.E., T.E., will be responsible for obtaining outside funding <br />for the City of Santa Ana on a variety of traffic engineering projects, as needed. <br />As Contract Deputy City Engineer at the Cities of Lake Forest and Dana Point, <br />he prepared or coordinated the submittal of Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), <br />Hazard Elimination Safety (HES) and Safe Route to School grant applications. <br />He has prepared grant applications for the Combined Transportation Funding <br />Program (CTFP), the Arterial Highway Rehabilitation Program (AHRP) and <br />Transportation Enhancement Activities (TEA) program. He is familiar with the <br />requirements of both the Orange County Transportation Authority and the State <br />of California in submitting grant applications. <br />Resumes for these individuals follow the organization chart <br />Subconsultants <br />Traffic design projects will all be completed with in-house staff. If awarded OTS <br />Project No. PS0120, we will select an appropriate Spanish -fluent marketing <br />consultant acceptable to the City, giving preference to a disadvantaged business <br />enterprise with experience with the City and/or the local community. <br />WILLDAN <br />..
