Preparation of Grant Applications <br />Willdan is prepared to provide this service and proposes to follow the typical <br />Work Plan as follows: <br />Work Plan <br />1. Meet with team members and contact the County to discuss the project in <br />more detail. <br />2. Obtain application forms, existing traffic studies and collision records if <br />necessary. <br />3. Conduct a field investigation to verify existing conditions and location of <br />existing traffic control devices. Special sensitivity will be made to any <br />anomalies or safety concerns. <br />4. Contact appropriate grant managers to discuss requirements, time <br />schedules and suggestions. <br />5. Prepare project description, fiscal estimates, background information, and <br />complete required forms. <br />6. Assemble application in required format and verify conclusions. <br />7.
