<br /> 3. PROJECT UPDATES <br />'-" a) SWC First and Main Streets - Vicki Uehli reported that the DRC response <br /> letter, including a schedule, was forwarded to the developer. The Agency has <br /> also met with the developer to finalize the term letter. The developer has not <br /> yet identified a restaurant. <br /> b) Main Street Concourse - John Reekstin reported that the developer is <br /> continuing to work on their site plan and find a new developer for the <br /> residential portion of the project. <br /> c) One Broadwav Plaza - Joseph Edwards reported that escrow is scheduled to <br /> close on the POA property in early June. At that time, staff will reassess the <br /> environmental document to determine what updates are needed prior to being <br /> released to the public. <br /> d) South Main Utilitv Underaroundina - John Reekstin reported that the under - <br /> grounding schedule is still set for January 2004; however, staff continues to <br /> work with SCE to try to accelerate the schedule. <br /> e) MainlWarner School Site - John Reekstin reported that he had reviewed the <br /> various letters that had been transmitted to the District regarding the corner <br /> treatment. Council member Bist requested additional information on the <br />\0..- landscape treatment that had been provided to the District. <br /> f) Fence Adiacent to the Bike Path - John Reekstin reported that the property <br /> owners were not returning staffs calls requesting that they remove the fence. <br /> Code Enforcement will look into the site to determine if the fence is in <br /> violation of any codes. <br /> 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Ben Grabiel <br />. Introduced himself and noted his interests in Main Street. <br /> <br />Vincent Sarmiento <br />. Informed the committee that Festival Hall had been approached by a cultural <br />center to use the hall during off hours. <br /> <br />5. COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br />\0..- <br /> <br />Council member Solorio <br />.
