Absent was: Councilmember Lisa Bist. <br /> <br />Staff members present were: City Attorney Joe Fletcher, Community Development <br />Agency Executive Director John P. Reekstin, Downtown Development Manager Matt <br />Lamb, Principal Civil Engineer Souri Amirani, Community Preservation Inspector Alvaro <br />Nunez, Associate Planner Bob St. Paul and Project Manager Vicki Uehli. <br /> <br />'w <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - August 20, 2003 <br /> <br />Action: The minutes were approved 2:0 (Bist absent). <br /> <br />2. PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />Alvaro Nunez reported the following: <br /> <br />. 1307 S. Main - Concerns have been raised about the colors of the new paint <br />job at the old "La Perla" restaurant. The illegal signage has been removed, <br />and the new building owner will be encouraged to work with the Community <br />Development Agency on new signage and painting. <br />. 2709 S. Main - Illegal signage has been removed. <br />. 827 S. Main - New signage has been installed for Main Photo. <br /> <br />'-' <br />
