Staff is <br />continuing to work with the Developer on the commercial component of the <br />project. <br /> <br />c) One Broadwav Plaza - The project is pending a resubmittal from the <br />Developer on Site Plan Review comments. <br /> <br />d) YMCA - An award of bid for maintenance work is forthcoming. <br /> <br />e) Fence Adiacent to Bike Trail - No response from the property owners on <br />removal of the fence. This will now be presented to a Hearing Officer. <br /> <br />f) Court of Appeals - There has been no change in status. <br /> <br />g) Main/Warner School Site - Construction has begun. <br /> <br />h) 4th Street Pushcart Status - Staff has met with Jose Ortiz and continues to <br />make progress on selecting a vendor. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />i) South Main Public Improvements - Cost Estimates for New Sidewalk South <br />of Warner and North of Railroad Tracks - Sidewalk improvements south of <br />Getz will require right of way with an estimated cost of $340,000. The project <br />will be presented through the City budget process. The major concern is that <br />these improvements be coordinated with the current street improvements. <br />The current project will add concrete sidewalks where asphalt currently exists. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION REGARDING NORTHBOUND MAIN AT WARNER (LANE <br />ENDING NORTH OF WARNER) <br /> <br />George Alvarez indicated that part of the street improvement project will include <br />two through lanes and a right turn lane. <br /> <br />5.
