<br />6. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />Michael Macres inquired if tanks had been removed from old gas station sites at <br />the following locations: SEC Bishop and Main, NWC Pine and Main, and NEC <br />Edgewood and Main. He also inquired as to why steam cleaning in South Main <br />is proposed to be paid by the Agency and not the merchants. Mr. Reekstin <br />responded that South Main Project Area has 20% of the tax increment generated <br />set aside for public improvements on Main Street between First and Warner due <br />to a law suit settlement when the project was adopted. <br /> <br />Ben Grabiel inquired as to the status of the billboards atop the building at Main <br />and First. John Reekstin responded that the Developer has indicated he will <br />remove the smaller of the two billboards. The Developer would like to pursue <br />utilizing parts of the larger billboard for signage for the restaurant with proper City <br />approvals. <br /> <br />7.
