<br />\.,.. <br /> <br />4. SANTIAGO PARK ENFORCEMENT UPDATE <br /> <br />Larry Coleman reviewed progress to date with suggestions and <br />recommendations in Santiago Park. Regular patrol checks show <br />improvement since transients under bridge have been cleared out and <br />foliage cut back. The full-time park ranger has been active and has <br />helped to deter unlawful conduct. Improvements continue to be made and <br />there will be ongoing enforcement and monitoring of specific suggestions <br />in improving usage of the park. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Walker requested that the Committee take a look at the project of <br />combining the Community Oriented Policing Association and Com-Link. <br />This will be scheduled for the next meeting. <br /> <br />6.
