<br />~ <br /> <br />Recently, individuals and/or organizations have requested the City to look into developing <br />pocket parks in their community. With the limited funds available in the City budget, staff is <br />requesting the community to adopt, develop and maintain the open space through sources <br />other than the City budget. A request for a park at 4th & French Street was shared with the <br />Council Committee. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />. None <br /> <br />5. COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS <br />· Requested removal of the "Things to Come" signs after October 7th. <br /> <br />6. ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS: <br />· Proposition 40 Park Bond Projects. <br />. Review of the Pepsi Contract. <br />· RFP on the Food Concession for the Stadium and Dan Young Soccer Complex. <br />· Santa Ana Stadium Program. <br /> <br />7.
