Award a contract to Utility Service Company, Inc., the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $1,098,850 for construction and painting of the <br />new logo on the Elevated Tank. <br /> <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $1,373,600. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The City's elevated water tank is located at Fourteenth and Poinsettia <br />Streets (Exhibit 1). This project includes repairs, structure upgrades <br />and painting the tank with a new logo (Exhibit 2) . <br /> <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on January 25 and 27, 2006, and <br />bids were opened on March 9, 2006.
