OPEN AIR BAZAAR/CHRISTMAS SHOW - CENTENNIAL PARK - ALEX <br />VEGA (N.O.V.A.) - ACOSTA <br />Councilmember Acosta requested the Council consider approving an outdoor Christmas <br />Bazaar on public property as a one-time event. <br />7:54 P.M. - Councilmember Norton rejoined the meeting. <br />Councilmember Norton indicated his intention to abstain due to a possible conflict of interest. <br />Motion: Grant permission to N.O.V.A. to hold a Christmas Bazaar on three weekends <br />prior to Christmas contingent upon identification of a person who would be <br />responsible party and provision of any insurance required by the City. <br />MOTION: Acosta SECOND: <br />Motion FAILED for lack of second.
