In response to Councilmember Pulido's inquiry, Richard Moser provided a brief status report <br />on his efforts to landscape vacant plots along Bristol Street. Pulido commended him for his <br />efforts. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan noted that Santa Ana Firefighter Lorenzo Abundiz would reenact <br />his heroic efforts in saving two fellow firefighters on CBS Channel 2's "Rescue 911" on <br />Tuesday, February 4, 1992 at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta requested staff provide him with a Spanish version of the Santa Ana <br />Economic Development Corporation's loan information brochure. Staff indicated one was <br />not available, but that a translator would be available to help any interested parties. <br /> <br />Acosta also indicated he would be requesting staff to draft an ordinance similar to the one <br />proposed by Anaheim regarding campaign contribution limitations. <br /> <br />In response to Councilmember Norton, the City Manager indicated several versions of ward <br />boundary adjustments have been prepared and that those options would be provided to the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Young commended Francisco Gutierrez on the excellent quality of the staff work for <br />the ward boundary project. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - 10:01 P.M. <br /> · Guy <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />I~Y-,BRUARY 3, 1992 <br /> <br /> <br />
