Ruben Smith, 29591 Crown Creek, Laguna Niguel, representing the Orange County <br />Committee for Fair Elections, requested that the map labeled Exhibit B be amended by <br />moving Census Tracts 740.04 from Ward 6 to Ward 1 and 740.05 from Ward 1 to Ward 6 <br />to keep communities of like interests together. <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W.
