Less Than Significant Impact Implementation of the proposed project would result in cumulative impacts to the environment. However, the proposed project's incremental contribution would not be considered cumulatively consiperable because the proposed project would comply with the applicable requirements of the uniform building code, conditions of approval and mitigation measures, which provide specific requirements that would avoid any significant cumulative impacts within the project area. Furthermore, the incremental impacts associated with the proposed project would be at a level where there would not be considered cumulatively considerable. C. Does the project have environmental effects, which will cause substantial adverse effects on human beings either directly or indirectly? Less Than Significant Impact The proposed project involves the expansion of an existing museum. Construction and operation of the proposed project would not involve any activities that would cause substantial adverse effects on human beings, either directly or indirectly. Mitigation measures have been identified to reduce potential impacts to the environment and human beings to a level considered less than significant. XVIII DETERMINATION Based upon the evidence in light of the whole record documented in the above environmental evaluation and cited references, I find that the proposed project could not have a significant effect on the environment and a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
