<br />4. <br /> <br />FINALIZE SURVEY FOR DOWNTOWN LOFT OWNERS <br /> <br />..,; <br /> <br />Staff distributed a survey. The committee reviewed it and made a few <br />suggestions. Staff will implement the changes and e-mail to the committee for <br />the final review. <br /> <br />5. DOWNTOWN RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM <br /> <br />City Attorney reviewed the current Downtown parking requirement according to <br />the municipal code. Recommendation would be to delineate a zone where the <br />permits could be issued. Public Works or Community Development could <br />implement the program. The committee asked staff to research how much <br />revenue the meters are generating around the loft area and report back to them. <br /> <br />6. DIRECTION SIGNAGE FOR ARTIST VILLAGE OPEN HOUSE <br /> <br />Staff distributed a copy of the temporary sign that was placed at key locations <br />during the April Open House. The committee agreed the sign could be made <br />permanent and placed at the key locations for future open houses. <br /> <br />7. PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) YMCA- <br /> <br />.." <br /> <br />The two proposals were presented to City Council closed session on April 18, <br />2005. City Council asked staff to obtain additional information from the two <br />developers. <br /> <br />b) 4TH Street Pushcart Status- <br /> <br />The agreement will go to City Council for approval on April 18. Once <br />approved, new carts will be ordered. <br /> <br />c) Sav-On Lofts - Windows and Mailboxes <br /> <br />Code Enforcement contacted the Postmaster and received approval to <br />remove the mailboxes if they were not approved by the Post Office. <br /> <br />The committee would like verification on the Certificate of Occupancy for the <br />lofts. <br /> <br />Windows: Planning's recommendation is to black out the remainder of the <br />windows to give a consistent look.
