Terminate this Lease; or <br />B. At COUNTY's sole option, COUNTY may deduct future rent payable to LESSOR by COUNTY <br />as a penalty for such non-compliance of paying prevailing wage, which rent deduction would be <br />COUNTY's estimate, in its sole discretion, of such prevailing wage rates not paid by LESSOR. <br />Except as expressly set forth in this Lease, nothing herein is intended to grant authority for LESSOR to <br />perform improvements or modifications on space currently leased by COUNTY or for which COUNTY has <br />entered into a lease or lease amendment. <br />E. Clause 23. (NOTICES) is deleted in its entirety from the Lease and the following is substituted: <br />23.
