10 <br />12 <br />14 <br />16 <br />18 <br />20 <br />22 <br />24 <br />26 <br />28 <br />30 <br />32 <br />34 <br />36 <br />38 <br />40 <br />42 <br />44 <br />46 <br />"County Executive Officer" means the County Executive Officer, County Executive Office, County of <br />Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to LESSOR, such other person or entity as shall be designated <br />by the Board of Supervisors. <br />"Director of CEO/Purchasing and Real Estate" means the Director, County Executive Office, Purchasing <br />and Real Estate, County of Orange, or designee, or written notice to LESSOR, such other person or entity as <br />shall be designated by the County Executive Officer or the Board of Supervisors. <br />"Manager of CEO/Real Estate" means the Manager, County Executive Office, Real Estate, County of <br />Orange, or designee or upon written notice to LESSOR, such other person or entity as shall be designated <br />by the Director of CEO/Purchasing and Real Estate, or County Executive Officer. <br />"Director of Social Services Agency" means the Director, Social Services Agency County of Orange, or <br />designee, or upon written notice to LESSOR, such other person or entity as shall be designated by the <br />County Executive Officer or the Board of Supervisors. <br />"Manager of Social Services Agency, Real Property Services" means the Manager, Social Services Agency, <br />Real Property Services, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to LESSOR, such other <br />person or entity as shall be designated by the Director, Social Services Agency. <br />"Auditor -Controller" means the Auditor -Controller, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice <br />to LESSOR, such other person or entity as shall be designated by the Board of Supervisors. <br />"County Counsel" means the County Counsel, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to <br />LESSOR, such other person or entity as shall be designated by the County Executive Officer or the Board <br />of Supervisors. <br />"CEO/Real Estate" means the County Executive Office, Purchasing and Real Estate for the County of <br />Orange, or upon written notice to LESSOR, such entity as shall be designated by the County Executive <br />Officer or the Board of Supervisors. <br />Clause 26. A. (OPTION TO EXTEND TERM) is added to the Lease: <br />26. OPTION TO EXTEND TERM (2.3 N) <br />,ESSOR and COUNTY shall have the option to extend based upon mutual agreement of both parties to <br />;xtend the term of this Lease for two, three-year period(s) on the same terms and conditions. Mutual <br />agreement of said extension(s) shall be done in writing by both LESSOR and COUNTY at least sixty (60) <br />lays prior to the lease termination date. <br />3.
