<br />MARKETING CAMPAIGN <br /> <br />E-News <br /> <br />In addition to the traditional methods of outreach to foster/emancipated youth, the Foster Youth <br />Liaison Project will distribute a monthly electronic newsletter to youth, foster youth residential <br />programs and all foster/emancipated youth serving agencies. The newsletter will highlight <br />success stories, resources and events that support a successful transition from foster care to <br />young adulthood. Funding will be dedicated to software and staff assigned to the newsletter. <br /> <br />7 <br />
