Appendix A contains the list of eligible subgrantees for each <br />program, and the allocation of funds to each subgrantee. All subgrantees are <br />encouraged to coordinate with Indian Tribal Governments to ensure that <br />Tribal needs are considered in the subgrantees' applications. <br /> <br />NOTE: Subgrantees may contract with any other public or private <br />organization to perform eligible activities on approved projects. <br /> <br />Following is a list of subgrant related due dates for HSGP 05: <br /> <br />October I, 2004 Beginning of the Performance Period and the first <br /> date of eli!!ible sub!!fallt activities and costs. <br />March 4, 2005 Subgrant Initial Strategy Implementation Plan (ISIP) <br /> must be complete using the United States <br /> Department of Homeland Security's on-line Grant <br /> Management Svstem. <br />July 15,2005 Subgrant Biannual Strategy Implementation Reports <br />January IS, 2006 (BSIRs) must be complete using the US DHS on-line <br />July IS, 2006 Grant Management System. If this date falls on a <br />January IS, 2007 Saturday, Sunday, state or federal holiday, the due <br /> date is close of business the first work day after the <br /> weekend or holidav. <br />December 31, 2006 End of subgrantee Performance Period and the last <br /> day of eligible subgrant activities and costs.
