This high bid is due <br />to the escalation in material costs. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Environmental Review No. ER 2002-163 has been completed and a categorical <br />Exemption has been filed for the proj ect pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$1,570,000 for the project (Exhibit 2).
