The lowest <br />bid was submitted by States Link Construction, Inc., for $1,299,000, <br />which is above the Engineer's estimate of $950,000. This high bid is due <br />to the escalation in material costs. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Environmental Review No. ER 2002-163 has been completed and a categorical <br />Exemption has been filed for the proj ect pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$1,570,000 for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the <br />California State Park Bond 2005 Fund (acct. no. 169-270-6631), Community <br />Development Block Grant Fund (acct. no. 135-149-6631) and the Recreation <br />and Community Services Acquisition and Development Fund (acct. no. 301- <br />232-6631) . <br /> <br />)!zv~;)-/ ~/~:'X r "'?- <br /> <br />James G.
