MORTGAGEE, ASSIGNEE, OR RECEIVER <br />1. OWNERS, LESSEES, OR CONTRACTORS - ONGOING OPERATIONS <br />Any owners, Lessees, or Contractors, but only with respect to liability arising out of your <br />ongoing operations performed for that additional insured.
