Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2006-01 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Request of Applicant <br /> <br />Dyerhollow Partners, L. P. is requesting approval of a zoning ordinance <br />amendment (ZOA) to amend Specific Development No. 8 to create a third <br />project area (Zone III) that will allow retail and food uses on the <br />project site. In addition, the applicant is requesting approval of a <br />site plan review to construct three buildings for retail/food uses <br />within a Specific Development zone. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The proj ect site, located at 1580 East Warner Avenue, is wi thin the <br />34.7-acre Brookhollow Office Park, a 25 building, 399,516 square foot <br />master planned development. The office park is divided into two project <br />areas. Zone I is the largest portion of the office park and primarily <br />permits office uses.
