6. AUDIT REPORT <br />Upon completion of the above inspection, a summary of the findings shall be provided to <br />the Building Maintenance Supervisor. This report shall include a detailed system background <br />information and a detailed list of the equipment inspected and tested. The report shall include <br />audibility and visual tests of all signaling devices. <br />Any required repairs shall be listed in the report. Upon request of City, Contractor shall <br />provide budget quote for any repair work. <br />All reports shall comply with NFPA 72. Payment for services will not be processed until <br />the required report is submitted and signed off by the Building Maintenance Supervisor. <br />NOTIFICATION AND SCHEDULING <br />Prior to initiating any testing, inspection or repair work on any fire system, Contractor <br />shall notify the Building Maintenance Supervisor or his designee, the appropriate <br />monitoring station and the fire department. <br />SYSTEM RESTORATION <br />At the end of each service day the fire system shall be restored to its full operation and <br />the Building Maintenance Supervisor, monitoring station and fire department notified. <br />12 <br />
