<br />B. The City attests that no unilateral reduction in through lanes has been <br />made on any MPAH arterials during Fiscal Years 2004-2005 and 2005- <br />2006. <br /> <br />C. The City has adopted a uniform setback ordinance providing for the <br />preservation of rights-of-way consistent with the MPAH arterial highway <br />classification. <br /> <br />The City has adopted provisions for the limitation of access to arterial highways <br />in order to protect the integrity of the system. <br /> <br />Section 3.
