The lowest <br />bid was submitted by All American Asphalt, for $3,090,348, which is above <br />the Engineer's estimate of $3,020,260. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, an Environmental <br />Review No. 2005-80 has been completed and a Categorical Exemption shall <br />be filed for the Project upon Award of the contract. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$3,864,900 for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the <br />Select Street Construction Fund (account no. 59-551-6631), the Measure M <br />Street Construction Fund (account no. 32-551-6631), the Sewer Connection <br />Fund (account no. 55-532-6631) and the Traffic System Management Grant <br />Fund (account no. 148-651-6631) <br /> <br />~James G.
