90.A. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Jean Glover and Virginia Dieriex expressed concerns regarding the removal of a left-turn <br />lane on First Street at the Quiet Village Mobile Home Park to accommodate a temporary <br />detour of the Santa Aha River Bicycle Trail during a U.S. Corps of Engineers' <br />reconstruction project. At Mayor Young's request, staff agreed to meet with park residents, <br />investigate alternative routes, and communicate any options to the impacted neighborhood. <br /> <br />Dan Coryell expressed concern that the City's development criteria for N. Harbor Boulevard <br />would restrict his ability to develop his property at 209 N. Harbor. <br /> <br />FY 94/95 CIP PROJECTS (continued) <br /> <br />Transportation Analyst Gomez provided a summary of park improvement projects for the <br />coming year. <br /> <br />Mayor Young suggested the development of a recreational center in central Santa Aha be <br />considered prior to further improvement of Thornton Park. <br /> <br />As a result of continued Council discussion, staff added the following to the "Issue Bin:" <br /> - recreational facilities in the Logan-Lacy area; <br /> <br /> - comparative analysis of Thornton v.
