Local Presence and Commitment TRC maintains a national presence with over 80 offices and 2,700 employees, but our roots in Orange County are particularly deep. Our Irvine office, which was founded over 30 years ago, now stands as our western region headquarters and is home to over 300 environmental and technical professionals. This strong local presence, coupled with our work on environmental, roadway, and infrastructure projects throughout the County, have given us solid insights into local priorities and sensitivities. This is especially important with regards to the Bristol Street Widening project where the needs of residents and affected businesses must be considered. Proven On -Call Credentials Having worked on many on -call contracts, such as those for Santa Ana and the nearby City of Anaheim, our staff understands that technical excellence and a high degree of responsiveness are of paramount importance in the on -call environment. Over a wide range of environmental projects, our staff has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise, regulatory understanding and client focus. David Lennon, our proposed Project Manager, brings over 14 years of technical and management experience to the project. 'This background, which includes environmental projects in Santa Ana and throughout southern California, ensures strong leadership for the TRC team and a responsive single -point contact for the City throughout the project. Supporting David is a multi - disciplined team of seasoned professionals, each of whom bring an average of 12.5 years of project experience to their roles.
