Ms. Souri Amirani
February 13, 2006
Page 2
Current and Relevant Project Experience
Crucial to the success of any project is the body of relevant experience that the team brings to the project.
Having worked on a wide range of similar projects, TRC is well- acquainted with the challenges and
opportunities associated with the current undertaking. Of particular importance is our work on the Bristol
Street Remediation project. This effort, which is described in detail in Section C of this proposal,
provided us with direct, firsthand experience in the area adjacent to the boundaries of the current
proposed widening. Similarly, TRC performed Phase I site assessments for eight parcels that were key to
the widening of Grand Avenue from Chestnut Avenue to McFadden Avenue. In both efforts, and various
other projects throughout the City, TRC has consistently demonstrated its understanding of the City's
priorities and its mastery of the environmental and technical challenges posed by each project. Our project
team brings these same qualities to the current Bristol Street Widening, which ensures that goals for the
project will be fully realized.
The Bristol Street Widening Project will set the stage for an enhanced thoroughfare and improved quality
of life for nearby residents. TRC appreciates this opportunity to present you with our qualifications and
we stand committed to working with the City to make the effort a success. Should you have any
questions, or need further information, please contact feel free to contact us at 949/727 -9336.
Sincerely,
Leonard .
