To be deemed proper, documentation must detail, at <br />minimum, the mutually agreed to parcel of land and purchase price. <br />"Public Utility" means a public utility or municipal utility organized under the laws of the State of <br />California and identified therein as a public utility or a municipal utility. For the purposes of this <br />Agreement, the term "Public Utility" does not include CITY. <br />"Public Utility Facility" means any utility service facility or improvement, including but not limited <br />to lines, poles, mains, pipes, conduits, and related apparatus and equipment, which facilitates the <br />provision of utility services to residents in the CITY and/or other customers by a Public Utility, including <br />but not limited to, electrical power, gas, telephone, telecommunications, cable television, water, sewer, <br />and storm water drainage services. <br />"Public Utility Relocation" means the rearrangement of a Public Utility Facility. <br />"Real Property" means any land, easements, rights-of-way, licenses, entitlements, or any other <br />legal or equitable interests in real property, which CITY owns or may acquire and own in furtherance of <br />the Project. <br /> <br />Page 19 of 26 <br />
