Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />on-site Refresher Training. <br />Task 12: Total System Integration Validation <br />Objective: Provide System-Wide validation of performance as identified in the Abbey Group RFP <br />response, the as-built documentation, the interface control document, and the acceptance <br />test plans. <br />Task Description: <br />Upon acceptance of the final subsystem, a final validation test will be conducted to insure that the totality <br />of all systems are operational per the Abbey Group RFP response, the as-built documentation, the <br />intertace control document, and the acceptance test plans. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Abbey Group shall <br />Meet with Santa Ana staff to discuss project completion and review all outstanding action items <br />with Santa Ana project team. <br />Identify target resolution dates for any identified issues requiring correction. <br />c. Review the Abbey Group RFP response, the as-built documentation, the intertace control <br />document, and the acceptance test plans for any non-completed tasks or services and identify <br />resolution dates for any identified issues requiring correction. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Prepare final action item list, identifying any issues requiring resolution. <br />b. Work with Abbey Group to expediently resolve any outstanding issues. <br />c. Issue final payment (or withhold payment) based upon satisfactory resolution of project issues. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon verification that all system components are operating as described <br />in the Abbey Group RFP response, the as-built documentation, the intertace control document, and the <br />acceptance test plans. Any Abbey Group supplied system, subsystem, ancillary system, intertace or <br />service that is not in concert with total system operation will prevent final payment of any moneys subject <br />to holdback. <br />20 <br />
