she will contact your various hiring managers, Administrators, Purchasing Agents, and our <br />assigned temporary personnel on a regular basis via phone, email, and on -site visits to <br />ensure that all expectations are being met. Erin's base office is only minutes away from your <br />campus so she will be easily accessible on an as needed basis. <br />• Local Recruiting: A team of local recruiters led by Senior Recruiter, Amy Roos, will <br />leverage our nationally networked, in -house database of more than 650,000 qualified <br />technical candidates to provide immediate support for all of SAFD's requisitions. Amy <br />brings 2 %z solid years of recruiting in the information technology market, and a diverse <br />network of loyal consultants at her fingertips. <br />Sapphire has made a conscious effort to respond to market changes with a strategic <br />strengthening of our recruiting resources. Sapphire has more than 145 full -time technical <br />recruiters on staff, with an average tenure of two and one half years. Every day this team <br />focuses all of their attention to meeting, interviewing, reference checking, skill testing, and <br />relationship building with new and existing candidates to ensure we will be able to rind the <br />right person at the right price exactly when the SAFD has a requirement. <br />Administration: Our local offices employ an experienced support staff to handle general <br />administrative functions in addition to providing payment information. Each region also <br />employs at least one Customer Service Representative and a dedicated payroll administrator <br />who handles all billing issues. This staff is supported by approximately 60 employees located <br />at our national headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. Erin will interface between the <br />Department's administrative requirements and this Sapphire Administration to simplify <br />communication and streamline results. <br />Executive Sponsorship: Executive leadership will perform random, internal quality <br />assurance checks and provide accurate feedback to SAFD's team to ensure service <br />commitments. Additionally, they will solicit feedback from SAFD's management as part of a <br />continuous improvement initiative. The Executive Leadership of Sapphire Technologies can <br />also be called upon to assist in issue resolution at the highest level, as warranted. Members <br />of the Executive Leadership team include Dan Cordero, Regional Manager, John Stuart, <br />Regional Vice President; Mark Eldridge, COO of Sapphire Technologies and Dan Foley, <br />President of Sapphire Technologies. <br />At Sapphire Technologies, our offices utilize a standard service delivery model to guarantee that you <br />will experience the same quality and reliability throughout our organization. Given the structure of <br />the proposed account management team, we are confident that in the event of any team member <br />absence, SAFD will receive seamless service. <br />How Sapphire will staff Santa Ana Fire Departments' needs: <br />Sapphire Technologies' core competency is IT staff augmentation. Benefiting from more than 20 <br />years of experience, Sapphire Technologies has a proven Service Delivery Model in place to quickly <br />and efficiently present the most qualified candidates within 12 -48 hours to SAFD. When a request <br />for staffing is received, our recruiters and account representatives work together to rind the best <br />candidates for the job. Consultants are available to interview with the client, either on -site or by <br />telephone, often with one day's notice. <br />As a pure staff augmentation firm, Sapphire Technologies recruits for every job order received. The <br />candidates we submit to the Department will not only have skill sets that match your requisitions but <br />they will have minimal commutes, experience working in similar environments (size, government, <br />reporting structure). Their availability for the specific contract duration and scheduled hours will <br />also match. A client's work week can vary (4 /10's, 9/80, 7am -4pm, 9am -6pm).
