Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />WORK STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Richardson called the meeting to order and explained Mayor Pulido's absence <br />was due to City business in Washington D.C. Richardson related a brief history of the Logan <br />neighborhood, explained the purpose of the meeting was to discuss Logan zoning issues, and <br />emphasized that no action would be taken at this meeting. He then introduced Planning Manager <br />Ken Adams who gave the staff presentation. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Ken Adams distributed the "Logan Neighborhood Land Use and Zoning <br />Report" which consisted of four parts: Land Use and Zoning History, Land Use Survey Results, <br />Summary of Development Opportunities & Constraints, and Existing Demographic & Land Use <br />Profile. Adams summarized the report using pie charts, a land use and zoning map, and <br />photographs of properties in the Logan neighborhood.
