Councilmember Lutz urged all parties to avail themselves of the information collected by staffon <br />the Logan neighborhood. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan opined that the 58% survey response rate was too low to be <br />conclusive and requested staffcollect more information by contacting those who did not respond <br />to the survey. <br /> <br />Councilmember Mills urged the Council to make a timely decision on Logan zoning and <br />suggested that mixed-use problems could be averted by a blanket zone that would either be purely <br />residential or purely industrial. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Richardson recapped the proceedings, clarified that rezoning from residential to <br />industrial does not guarantee an increase in property value, and requested staff`to study the <br />feasibility of establishing Citywide requirements for minimum lot sizes for various types of <br />development.
