Make available and provide all existing data, survey controls, record drawings, Microstadon symbol library, <br />electronic boilerplate specifications and technical provisions and other informacion relevant to the project. <br /> <br />. Coordinating access to the site for survey and design staff. <br /> <br />. Coordinare the demolirion of all full take property acquisirions. <br /> <br />. Take responsibility for any undersized or otherwise deficient existing storm drain facilities downstream of the <br />proposed poim of coonecdon. <br /> <br />. Provide environmental processing, distribute public information, set up and run all project related public <br />meetings and city council meetings, as needed. <br /> <br />. Prepare and execute all utility and outside agency agreements. Take the lead in coordination with the proposed <br />overhead utility conversion to underground system. <br /> <br />. Coordinare all R/W appraisals and conduct all property acquisitions. <br /> <br />. Provide advertising, print bid documents, review the construction bids and award construction contract. <br /> <br />. Provide construction staking (except for partial R/W takes as detailed previously), construction management, <br />administration, inspection, and materials testing as required during the construction contract. <br /> <br />. Resolve all construction claims, if any. <br /> <br />.
