As for all of the firm's significant contracts, Mr. Thomas will serve as the primary Point of Contact between TLC and the City of Santa Ana. This will assure you that top management of the firm will be personally involved in the delivery of outstanding services throughout the contract term. From project pre-construction and permitting stages through fmal close-out, TLC has, over our long term corporate history, had multiple opportunities to interact with the myriad of public agencies, departments, and governmental subdivisions that oversee or may have an impact upon actual operational aspects of any demolition or clearing activity.
