<br />particularly depicted In "Exhibit 1," attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. The parking restrictions imposed pursuant to Article XI of Chapter <br />36 of the Code and by this Resolution shall apply to any block within the Logan Permit <br />Parking District only after determination is made by the Executive Director of the Public <br />Works Agency, which determination may be formed after receipt of a petition signed by <br />the owners of sixty-six percent (66%) or more of the residential lots abutting such block <br />in accordance with the standards set out in subsections (1) through (3) of section 36- <br />482 of the Code expressing their desire for such parking restrictions, and such other <br />investigation and study is performed as the Executive Director deems necessary or <br />prudent; and only after signs indicating the parking restrictions on such block have been <br />erected in front of the parcels devoted to residential use in accordance with said <br />Article XI. <br /> <br />Section 4. No person shall park any vehicle at any time on any portion of any <br />street within the Logan Permit Parking District as to which signs have been erected <br />indicating the application of permit parking restrictions, except persons and vehicles <br />exempted from such parking restrictions pursuant to Article XI and this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 5. As indicated by posted signs, permit parking restrictions in the Logan <br />Parking District do not include sections of streets that abut the front of non-residential <br />and multi-family uses with more than four dwelling units. <br /> <br />Section 6. Persons entitled to a permit to park in locations subject to permit <br />parking restrictions pursuant to this resolution include and are limited to the following: <br /> <br />A. Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and who resides in a <br />single-family dwelling located in the Logan Permit Parking District, <br />provided that not more than three permits may be issued at anyone time <br />to the residents of anyone such dwelling unit. <br /> <br />B. Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and who resides in a <br />multi-family dwelling located on any lot in the Logan Permit Parking <br />District which does not have more than four dwelling units located on it, <br />provided that not more than one permit may be issued at anyone time to <br />the resident of anyone such dwelling unit; and provided further, that the <br />Executive Director of the Public Works Agency may waive the foregoing <br />limitation on the number of dwelling units on a lot if he/she determines that <br />its application in a particular case would cause extreme hardship on the <br />residents of such dwelling units due to a severe inadequacy of on-site <br />parking. <br /> <br />Section 7. The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is authorized to <br />establish rules for the issuance of guest parking permits to residents of the Logan <br />Permit Parking District and to issue or deny such permits in accordance therewith. <br />Such rules shall be designed to limit guest parking privileges as appropriate to provide <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2006-054 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
