Mill demanded <br />an investigation of the project's finances. <br /> <br />Daniel Hernandez suggested that the City's background check of Festival Hall operations needed <br />to go back to 1990. <br /> <br />Salvador Juarez noted a recent Los Angeles (LA) Times article reported City funds had been used <br />for the Artists Village project.
