CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />At Councilmember Lutz' request, Police Chief Paul Walters provided updated statistics regarding <br />illegal discharge of firearms during the Holidays, indicating an overall decrease in the activity. <br /> <br />Councihnember Mills noted a significant need for infrastructure improvements and additional code <br />enforcement in the Logan area and suggested 1027 N.
