For your convenience, a <br />credit card authorization form has been included for completion and placed with our Accounting <br />file as a guarantee form of payment. Your event's balance must be paid in full three (3) days <br />prior to your arrival. All deposits and payments are non - refundable and will be applied towards <br />your final balance as satisfied. <br />MINIMUM GUARANTEE: <br />Based on the approximate number of guests set forth above, the minimum revenue guarantee <br />in food and hosted beverage outlined below is required for the contracted space to be reserved <br />for your event. It is agreed by both parties this amount is a financial commitment that SANTA <br />ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT is responsible for: <br />MINIMUM REQUIRED REVENUE: $7,600.00 <br />
