One (1) copy of those documents with comments will be <br />returned to the Consultant. <br />4. Final PS&E <br />The Consultant shall submit the following documents for <br />" review and approval: <br />-One (1) set of signed bond copy of final design plans <br />One (1) copy of the final signed specifications <br />' Three (3) copies of final cost estimate and final quantity <br />calculations <br />Two (2) copies of final design calculations <br />Electronic files of all plans, specifications, and estimates on a <br />computer Disc <br />5. As-Builts <br />Upon completion of construction, the City shall deliver to <br />Consultant as -built drawings. The Consultant shall <br />incorporate all revisions to the drawings and submit a signed <br />set of as -built mylars to the City with an electronic copy of the <br />final as -built drawings via CD. <br />C. CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Upon each submittal of contract documents, the Consultant shall <br />make revisions as required and reproduce all contract documents <br />until plans are approved by appropriate agencies, and approvals are <br />obtained to gp Y acquire building permits. City staff shall make the initial <br />q <br />submittal for Building Department plan check and act as liaison <br />between plan checker and consultant to discuss what needs to be <br />done to obtain permit approvals. <br />2. All sheets shall be signed by the appropriate design professional and <br />shall have the project street address written in the appropriate <br />blocks. <br />3. Consultant shall submit final signed reproducible plans, <br />specifications and all electronic files pertaining to the project to the <br />:City, which shall become the property of the City. Drawings shall be <br />per standard City formatted sheet, as provided by City. <br />4. Consultant shall assist with clarifying any questions in the contract <br />documents during the bid process. <br />5. All original plan sheets, the title sheet of the specifications, <br />calculations, and reports shall be signed and stamped by the <br />Consultant's licensed architect or professional engineer in <br />responsible -charge of the project.
