13. The Consultant shall have a quality control plan in effect during the <br />entire time work is being performed under the Agreement. The <br />Quality control plan shall establish a process whereby plans are <br />checked, corrected and back checked, and all job related <br />correspondence and memoranda dated and received by affected <br />persons and then bound in appropriate job files. <br />D. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />In general, the City will be responsible for the following items: <br />• Providing copies of available plans and existing documentation on <br />file in the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency and <br />Public Works Agency. <br />• Providing standard City Boiler Plate. <br />• Acting as a liaison with the appropriate decision making bodies. <br />• Furnish sheets with City title block (24" x 36") <br />• Process plans for governmental agency approvals having jurisdiction <br />over the project and pay for all plan check fees. <br />• Reproduce final Contract Documents for bidding purposes. All <br />reproduction costs prior to bid documents are the responsibility of the <br />consultant and shall be included in the contract amount. <br />E. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />A maximum of 20 hours may be required to complete the following: <br />1. Attend pre -construction meeting. <br />2. Provide field observation/supervision as required to ensure <br />compliance with the Contract Documents. The Consultant shall <br />identify milestones in the construction process that he shall be in <br />attendance for inspections/approvals in order to grant this assurance. <br />The contractor shall be made aware of these dates at the pre - <br />construction meeting. Additional site visits beyond the maximum <br />herein stated will be compensated at a rate not to exceed the hourly <br />billing rate of the principle in charge of the project. <br />3. Attend final walk-through and assist with preparation of punch list. <br />4.
