City of Santa Ana <br />~E` On-Call Engineering Design Services for <br />® Water and Sewer Main Improvements <br />Project Team <br />Caltrans, City of Los Angeles and the City of San Diego. The firm has prepared traffic <br />control plans for Caltrans as well as various cities, counties, water districts and private <br />contractors throughout Southern California. Experience in the traffic engineering <br />profession and familiarity with governmental agencies allows the coordination of <br />contractors and governmental activities in the most cost effective and time efficient <br />manner. <br />R2H Engineering, Inc. (R2H) -Structural Engineering <br />R2H Engineering, Ina (R2H) is a structural engineering firm with offices in San Diego, <br />Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. The firm is led by Robert H. Hendershot who established <br />Robert Hendershot Associates, Inc. in 1973 and R2H Engineering, Inc. in 1993. R2H <br />is a certified MBE/DBE small business, specializing in the design of structural systems <br />for civil and architectural projects. R2H projects range from minor rehabilitations to <br />major new structures, and from feasibility studies to installations exceeding $100 million <br />in construction costs. R2H engineers are knowledgeable in current design codes, <br />construction methods and materials applicable for the successful completion of facilities <br />and structures of all types. Projects designed by R2H engineers have included structures <br />constructed of concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, masonry, wood and structural <br />plastics. The firm has extensive design experience with reservoirs, pumping stations, <br />retention structures and treatment plants. <br />Moraes/Pham & Associate -Electrical and Controls <br />Moraes/Pham & Associates, an MBE certified small business, will provide electrical, <br />instrumentation and controls, HVAC and security system engineering for the project. Mr. <br />Moraes is a California registered electrical engineer specialized in the design of electrical <br />and controls systems for water and wastewater facilities, such as reservoirs, pumping <br />stations, sanitary lift stations, PRV stations, wells, and treatment plants. In the past <br />five years he has designed over 100 such projects for 43 southern California municipal <br />end users. With his wealth of experience and continuous design activity, Mr. Moraes <br />maintains proficiency in state of the art solutions to complex designs involving pumping <br />systems, generators, variable frequency drives, PLC's, and SCADA systems.
