<br />City of Santa Ana <br />'~ On-Call Engineering Design Services for <br />Water and Sewer Main Improvements <br />-~ <br />Sample Plans <br />We are providing two samples of recent pipeline designs completed by members of our <br />proposed project team. These projects are representative of our pipeline design projects. <br />We have submitted them in digital "pdfl' format on compact disk (CD), one project per <br />CD, for your convenience. Instructions for reading them are printed on the CDs. <br />Sample 1 <br />Sample 1 is the Sewer Line Reconstruction Fiscal Year 2004/05 project for the City of <br />Laguna Beach. It consists of 26 small replacement projects that were consolidated into <br />one set of contract documents for bidding and award as one construction contract. The <br />bidding documents were distributed to prospective contractors on CD similar to the one <br />enclosed. Construction of this project has recently been completed. <br />Key Personnel: <br />Project Manager: Joe Boyle, PE <br />Project Engineer: Vernon Weisman, PE <br />Designer: Khanh Nguyen, EIT <br />Project Highlights: <br />6,500 LF of 6-Inch through 15-Inch Sewers <br />Gravity Sewer and Force Mains <br />Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Rehabilitation of Gravity Sewer and Force Mains <br />Dig and Replacement of Gravity Sewer and Force Mains <br />Construction in Pacific Coast Highway and Highway 133 (Caltrans Permitting) <br />Construction on Crescent Bay Beach <br />Sewer Replacements in Easements between Homes on Steep Hillsides <br />Sample 2 <br />Sample 2 is the 2004-2005 Water Main Replacement project for the City of Manhattan <br />Beach, California. This project is currently under design, the plans provided on the 2nd <br />CD are at 100% level of completion.
